    Fern Gully

    Taken using a Canon 1D Mk4 combined with a Canon 70-200 f2.8 lens. PP with PS and Zoner Photo Studio 14.

    You've posted in Arts and Special effects so I'm expecting there was a certain look you were after.

    I love this type of country and spend quite a deal of time in it. To me it doesn't work all that well as the saturated greens and yellows seem just too unnatural and the composition just doesn't feel right.

    I do like the subtle blur of the background and in fact I think the background is the best part of the image. That fallen tree seems to separate the shot into two. Have a look at just the bush past the log in a crop and see how you think that looks.
