Very nice. B & W suits the image.

Yep agree nice shot and use of B&W.

Interesting composition. focusing on the centre of the falls and not shooting it in portrait to get it all in from top to bottom makes it a little different. I like it.

    Cheers Nate

    A nice shot.
But would it have been better shot in portrait?
I ask, as the right third of the image is really not needed.
It could almost be cropped square.

Thanks for your suggestion Nigel! I do have a cropped portrait orientation version. It certainly show a different perspective (mire focus) of the falls. I think this version is a little more balance?

The portrait has higher impact and is all about the water. The landscape though brings in more context and to me, feels more balanced because of that context.

With the landscape version, I'd love to see a little more detail in the dark rock. Wondering if a square format would work too?

Love the shot overall mate! Really really nice

I am really appreciated your opinion Bryce! And share your view. I initially posted the portrait version on my IG account as it gives a more striking impact. When I had a good look at the landscape version a few months later 2 also find it more balance. I think the square will also work well as some may find there is too much negative space in the landscape version.
