    Yes, but not necessarily in that order. I also noted that it was suggested that you could only adjust white balance on RAW files. That is simply not true.

    lets say you can adjust raw WB further than jpeg which need to be closer to the colour

    'edit in order' -- not such an issue these days imo with non-destructive editing programs

    Yes you could say that, but if it's that far out that it can't be done on a jpeg then there's something wrong with the photographer that needs fixing.
