    Always go for one with GPS stabilization so that when you let the controls go it stays put. DJI have quite a few models at varying prices. Have a look at the range and see what might suit you best. You get what you pay for.

    You certainly do. In the park they are completely banned. The resort has made a 60 second online ad using drone footage shot in the park but that took a lot of serious negotiation and the video was dissected frame by frame before approval and that was after the footage was shot under the watchful eye of park reps I'm told. Outside the park isn't a lot easier as there is a lot of helicopter activity around town with dozens and dozens of scenic chopper flights daily not to mention sky diving and planes coming in both large commercial airliners and small scenic flights.
