Sorry Closei, I don't like it!
Can you go back and take the image again, from a different perspective?

I don't have much comment, as I am struggling to see the focal point? Is it the walk way? Is it the boat? The green grass I find either attracting or distracting, as it draws my eye.

That's fine guys, you don't have to like them to comment.

My type of photography is essentially 'show and tell' and not everyone will see in the shot the things I do. Sometimes you just have to be there.

In saying that I always try and illustrate something I found interesting in the best manner I had at the time.

Chris I'm glad you roamed around the image finding different elements but I can understand why you didn't find anything to settle on as a single focal point. The title Indicated waterside walk.. maybe if I called it walkway it would lead you to follow the path to the structures and buildings in the distance. The boat, picnic bank, pram cycle etc. are all apart of the scenery.

The lake is actually part of a defensive structure which is a series of long rectangular ponds originally put in as a water supply to the city but in the 16th century were deepened to assist in resisting sieges from invading forces. The walled bridge you see in the photo was constructed in the early 1800s to accommodate traffic from the suburbs to the inner city of Copenhagen.

The lakes are used by the public for boating and kayaking and there are a few restaurants on pilons which are pretty busy from what we saw.

Mark, I probably will be back as my wife comes from Copenhagen and has family and friends there still. I'll do my best to find an angle to suit you.
