    before and after

more time wasting in #on1_raw --- great carving in a rock . Amazing the colours inside a boring old rock .
I think it's taken me longer to do these than the carving took

    honest comments and questions welcome

I can spot a number of things because I did the edit/blending ; however I would like to know what you notice doesn't look right. I always find it hard to pick a file to use as the replacement .

some of the adobe selection tools are surely missed when using on1 --- it does a good enough job but it can be a bit frustrating at times and never seems as easy as they show it in their videos --- bit like cooking shows haha . I bet they have done the same edit a few times before they record it or are happy with the edit

    Re: before and after

My honest opinion is that the sculpture would look much better without any distraction from the background. Even a crop in my opinion would be a better option.

    Re: before and after

I would have taken the shot quarter on so that the face is more visible. The Adjustment brush in the Adobe RAW Editor would have removed or reduced the two tree shadows on the right hand side of the carving. Good shot just the same.
