With the black sun sculpture, when I first saw it, I tried to clean the dust off my screen. Took me a little while to realise the dust was on the object when you photographed it

The wheel reflections one is a beauty (1406-103), almost looks like an aboriginal painting in the reflections

Wasn't that your suggestion @IanB? to make the "snapshots" section "mobile phone photography"?

Ummm; but I remember something about A mobile phone section and A "sharing only" or A "general photos" section to replace the outdated snapshot section.

If you really look Sambur you will notice a few files from a full frame Canon 5D11 also
The section was called "snapshot" until a week ago and it's the only place I could post photos without members needing to take time giving CC. When I wanted help I post in the subject section

We do need a "sharing only" or "general photos" IMO.

Ha HA.... now that sort of makes sense...female type sense I guess but sense all the same
Actually, I've had a discussion once before (not here) re a phone pic section and asked the question: Why is there a separate section for phone pics, after all isn't an image an image regardless of what its taken with? I mean, there are some great pics coming out of those talking machines and they cost as much as some decent cams as well. It really gets down to the 6 inches behind the viewfinder.................But the best answer I could get in reply was: Well its for images of poor quality!!
So my reply was: So each poor image from a Nikon or Canon should go in here as well? That didnt go down well to the holy believers
So maybe 'Snapshot" section would be good when people just want to post some everyday stuff without trying to win an art prize

I like the saturation in the stump on the second one, but the clover is a bit too saturated for my liking. Maybe half way between the 1st and 2nd one? But just my opinion though... My screen is not calibrated...
