Well if it's regular C-41 process film, they just crack open the case and process it as normal. What city are you in?
If you're in Melbourne, I'd try Vanbar in Carlton. If they can't they'll tell you someone who can.

Not sure if most photo labs could do it???
Try at your nearest and see??
Often their machines are designed to take several formats, 35mm and APS.
Not sure on the 126?
Failing that, contact a pro lab and see if they can do it.

126 film is the same width as regular 135 35mm.
Because of its 35mm width and C-41 process, processing of currently available 126 films is readily available, as long as the photofinisher knows that it is standard, 35mm, C-41 film. Many photofinishers are not aware of this, so it is important to inform them. Printing the photos can present problems, because modern film processing equipment often cannot handle the square format of 126 film. There are specialist photographic suppliers who can correctly process and print 126 film. Many standard flatbed scanners that have a light source for scanning films can be used to scan 126 negatives. All that is required is a simple black mask, which can easily be made with black paper.

Thanks guys.
The local pro shop say they can process it, but it is ooooold film (C-22 process) so they can't guarantee the results. Another cartridge is Verichrome Pan (B+W). I put the film at around 20 years old unprocessed so I haven't got high hopes.
Appreciate your comment though.
cheers

Who made the Verichrome?? Kodak?
Send them an email asking what developer was used and what you could use in it's place.
Do a search on line for verichrome processing, your bound to get some one who has done some thing similar.
Good luck.

C-22 film MUST NOT be run through C-41 the temperature of C-41 film is far too hot and does not include hardening agents. C-41 will ruin your C-22 film. If you haven't already had it processed I am based in Sydney and will be happy to process the film for you using a C-22 process. I am also able to process the B&W film you have. these are standard services my lab offers.
