One for you!

I shouldn't encourage you, but I couldn't resist! :)

Your right, Nick. You shouldn't encourage me. But then, I really don't need any encouragement. Bad through and through! Won't leave reality alone.

Ripper, Mate!

An old cable blade dozer, huh? On your place?

I _knew_ I'd hook ya! :)

No...and yes... about the dozer. It's actually newer than cable days and is fully hydraulic. It's hydraulic shuttle driven and not clutched and a beautiful machine to work with. Allis Chalmers HD 16 DP. Early 70's.

It is on my place and has seen a fair few hours of work from me.I am not sure what the pulleys are for. It also has a tree bar, which may have been cable lifted, but now sits on the blade and you use the blade to lift it. I was thinking of putting a winch on the back. The tee bar then makes a quite handy 3-4 tonne crane!

Basically in very good condition (and no I am not trying to sell it!). I have spun the tracks on it in gravel/rock, so it has plenty of grunt still left in the transmission and engine.
