Hello,

My name is Andrew and i live on the Gold Coast. Photography has been a sideline to my fishing for some time now(they seem to go well together), but i am getting serious now about taking pictures.
I enjoy shooting landscapes, seascapes and general nature shots, i have a Canon EOS 500n with 28-80 and 75-300 zoom lenses.
If i get really serious i may even upgrade to digital:)

Welcome. I was never good at fishing, but not sure I am much better at photography, though at least I get something to take home after a day out with photos, unlike my efforts at fishing !!

You have no shortage of scenery down that way, look forward to seeing some of your shots :)

Thanks for the welcome, looking forward to posting a few pics and getting some critique from more advanced photographers. I'll try and work out how to post photo's here(not really a computer genius)and i will even put up some fishy pics.
