Hi

Just recently purchased a tripod from photo.net.au and was also pointed in the direction of this website so I thought I would join and say hello, looks to be a pretty tight community so the range of discussion for topics would leave me here all day reading!

I recently picked up a Canon EOS 350D Digital from ebay ... second hand but for a pretty decent price. Currently I am taking photo's of;

- Live bands
- Model Shoots
- Band Shoots
- Car Events
- Nature/Animals

Here's the lenses that I currently use;

Canon EF 50mm f1.8 II
Canon EF 75-300mm f4-5.6 III
Canon EF 70-200mm f2.8 L USM
Canon EFS 18-55mm f3.5-5.6 II
Tamron SP AF XR Di 28-75mm f2.8 (Macro)

Other assorted equipment;

1 x Canon Speedlite 430EX
2 x Daylight Fluorescent 5400k bulbs, 70w (280w equivalent each)
2 x 80cm Translucent Umbrella
4 x Non-Woven Color Backdrop 150cm (W) x 300cm (H) - (Black / White / Pink / Blue)

I do also have a website online www.byronjc.com.au is my address.

See you around the forums! :D

I haven't had much of a chance to use it outside yet only used it once due to weather and just having not enough time to get outside to do shoots .... anyhow next weekend we'll have the top fueler dragsters in Sydney so I'm hoping to use it for the 3 day blast !

On the website It doesn't really have a model name or brand so I wasn't sure what to call it, and no I didn't bother looking at it very closely when I received the item as I was too busy taking photo's with them as soon as I got it!
