G'day all,
Just an hobbiest photographer here from Melbourne, I recently bought a Canon 40D after owning a Nikon D50 for 2 years, (I wanted something a little tougher). no reason in swinging to canon, other than a number of friends owning Canon SLR's, and talking them up.
So far, I love it, and will post some pics in the coming days. I have the Enthusiasts kit (17-85mm Canon Zoom), and I am also looking at the Sigma 30mm 1.4 for a shallow depth of field (when taking pics of my new Baby :) )
