G'day all,
I have joined this forum to garnish as much information as possible. A bit selfish I know, but eventually I will give back. I promise!!
Presently I'm using a Sony F717, but have just put the cart before the horse, and ordered a Canon 70-200mm f2.8 L IS USM lens. A 40D will follow to compliment the Battery Grip and Flash I have also bought.
I have been spoiled in the past, with the use of a friend's 1D MkII.
I presently work in Afghanistan, and see a few things worth photographing, so am impatient to get all the gear, and get into it.
But, I'm more looking forward to photographing my kids playing Hockey, and being kids. When I'm home, that is.
