Here goes,
My name is damien, 25 years old, married, no children...yet and i am employed as a fulltime baker. I Have been into photography for a while, it is just a something that is fun all of the time whether it be a job or just happy snappy shots, i started witha 1mp kodak then i purchased the fujis5000 and just recently i bought a Olympus E300 4/3 system with 14-45(28-90mm old school) and a 40-150(90-300mm) lenses, 3 batteries and the grip to match and two 1gb cf cards. I started doing a TAFE course here in WA but it was shite cause only a handfull of people rocked up each week and it was really unorganized, so i learnt jack **************** from it, i actually learnt more from just plain straight out taking lots of photos, the net and my $100 book which i bought for tafe. Eventually i want to do wedding photography as a job as the baking thing is getting boring. At the moment i am trying to find some interesting places around perth and maybe a full day trip out of perth to take photos. Here are some photos, the 1st and 3rd are from my olympus taken here and the second is two photos taken with my fuji in NZ stitched together and the last was also taken with the fuji in NZ. Hope i didnt **************** on for to long..

Hi Damien, welcome. Glad to hear that you are enjoying photography and I'd be interested to see more pics from your Oly. Some time ago I almost bought an E1. Luckily my dealer let me trial it first - it was way too slow for wedding work. In the E300 I'm sure Oly have ironed out the bugs; it was the 4/3 system and the ultrasonic dust remover that attracted me to the Oly in the first place. Love that 1st shot of the ship at sunset.
