Newcastle sunset

Stayed a night in Newcastle, although I think we should have stayed a couple of days there is so much to see here. As we were walking along the water's edge, a ship was being tugged in and I took this shot as it passed in front of the setting sun.

aha just saw this in the Gallery Darvidanoar!!! Reminds me of the Pasha Bulker. Nice and clear and well composed, great shot and I like the silhouette!

The sunset colours are great, it really makes the silhouette of the ship stand out. What great timing to capture this effect.
