Like all visitors to China, you have to see at least one green tea factory. This shot was taken in the gardens of a tea factory near Hangzhou. I would love to hear your comments on what you think.

A very nicely composed shot! It looks very postcardish! (if there's such a word).

I wonder if a just a little more colour saturation might boost it a little? Not much though!

Nice but isn't the tepaot a bit soft? (focus wise)

It's not supersharp but it's very nice composition wise. Great work as always!

yes i must agree with mike it is abit soft...but colors are good, maybe the red channel could come up abit more as the red is abit faded...

I like it, but it looks like you have photoshopped the teapot into it... Maybe that's because of the soft focus everyone is pointing out.

Thanks for the input everyone and Mel, It’s a real pic no photoshopping here. Most of you by now have figured out that my posts are soft. The keen eye will also notice that the outer edges get worse, although I do try to crop this where I can. The S3 IS, is a fixed lens 6mp with a 12x zoom (36mm-432mm), currently selling for about $500. Although it’s got a few sweet spots, this large range in this price category camera often means very average sharpness and it’s quite often lacking in brightness. One of the reasons I really want to upgrade to something better.
