Hi all,
Took this shot at Tangalooma Resort. Some CC would be great, thanks

i like it...the only gripe i have is the horizon leaning down on the left, and a bit over-exposed for my liking.

I agree with Kai.

I agree too and thought about the horizon only after I had posted it. Must learn to be much more critical of my own work before I release it to you guys.
I orginally shot this in colour, but just love it in black and white.

Is this better, straightened and cropped.

Yep - apart from the wonky horizon and overexposed water (in my opinion) it's a really nice photo. :)
I've done my own crop and straighten thing, just to see what you think of it. :)

Hey, that better. I might have another play with it later to try and sort out the water.
i've been there...
the horizon still looks crooked.

Tells a great story, it amazes me how a photo can be straightened! I have a few like that, might get Carrot to fix them!!

I have recently learned how to straighten them myself using photoshop ans its not that hard. I have looked at this shot for such a long time now that I didn't notice quite how wonky it was until it was pointed out!

You know, if you wanted to keep the horizon crooked in the first one, you could always find a way to emphasise the word "perception" on that kayak ;)
