The first shot is a nice well composed photograph but needs straightening, the second one I am not sure what the subjet of thew photograph is, i suspect you are trying to show the hight of a cliff but to do this you need something of a known size (such as a person) in the image to give it perspective. Well that's the mistake I have made in the past that gives similar results.
