The B&W stands out for me. It conveys more to me than the colour ones. For me looking at the first and last is yep, it's an old abandoned and vandalized building, but the DOF & angle in the second shot leaves you with an impression that it could be many things other than what it is.

I've been meaning to go to the Julia Farr centre but I heard it had been knocked down; obviously not.

Is it still accessible?

tails, its certainly not been knocked down, however there is a high chain link fence around the disused building... I'd like to see your shots after your visit.
