I like the angle you have used in the second shot but think it might be better without the tree - I feel it detracts from the nice clean lines of the building...:)

I too like the second one here, the angle lends a dynamism that goes with the mod lines. I kinda like the tree, but either way I guess you can't avoid it from this angle?
