Handheld? How long was the exposure?
Did you clone something out from on the water?
The border is a little distracting because I can see there is something going on behind it due to the transparency.
Doesn't work for me sorry.

Seems a wee bit blurred, you could try a tripod, night setting (or f6.8 and 2 second exposure) and a self timer to conquer the blurriness. As Matt said, the border is a little distracting.

That's a great vantage point from in front of Luna Park. Apart from what's already been said perhaps composition-wise shifting to the left to capture the nearest pylon would have been good but guess depends on what sort of lens you were using. Unfortunately that frame is really distracting :(

Apart from the earlier comments, I cant help but notice how rusty the light makes the bridge look and the cloned area of water is unfortunately very obvious.
