Appreciative jazz concert audience ??

These were taken at an open air concert on Norfolk Island, the band (Eon Beats from Melb) were fantastic, Granny in Green a hoot, the audience here are mainly package tour people who flew in just for the festival ! Wonder what their response would be to something they didn't enjoy ?

HAH! When I was a lad, I went to a Led Zeppelin Concert (20c for the train....$4 for the concert!...where Led Zeppelin played for two or more hours!!) at the Subiaco Oval. The band played its first set at decibels that are probably by now quite meek. After the first two songs they stopped....and there was complete silence...we had just never ever experienced anything like it. The band were completely at a loss. Robert Plant just stood there looking out over this sea of dead faces, and said "noisy lot aren't you?"

So it's not all Norfolk Island folk. :)
