Definitely not a photoshop effect, look at the exit sign ;) Definitely slow movement too, again, look at the exit sign. You can read it in both spots.

Yup, still got my nerdyness!

its not photoshopped, it was a rigged shot.
Rolling at a walking pace downhill for about 1~2sec

That's what some kids I knew said to me once before they went car surfing. One of them lives in a nursing home now. I can joke around with the best of them (ask anyone who knows me and they'll tell you I'm a complete clown), just not when it comes to people lacking common sense. The photo bothered me for personal reasons and I'm relieved to hear they were only going at walking pace for a few seconds.
