I took this pic of Trim in my backyard. In the corner of the pic was a blurred section from another dogs tail. I thought it looked like fog, so I cloned it all the way around her over all the grass.

not quite fog IMO, bit too heavy for fog...but I love the idea and the sight you had to go with it.

It really makes her stand out.

You have attempted a real challenge, cloning around fur and hair is really difficult, and done a good job of it. Maybe lightly cloning a few tendrils of fog wisping in front of her body would break the solid outline and make it more believable as a fog but personally I like it as an effect as is.

It's not quite believable as fog to me, unless the expression "as thick as pea soup" is literally true :)
Maybe the same but with a little transparency?

Thanks guys, I forgot I posted this, but really appreciate your comments.

LOL, I agree, it's not quite realistic...but I did grow up in an area where the fog could actually get pretty close to this thick. Maybe I'll change the colour of the "fog" & call it something else, LOL.

Anyway, it was good cloning practice...not as easy as it looks.
