Hey all this is my bizzare intro thread. I have been on here for a few days now reading all your intertesting therads.

I got myself last weekend the Canon EOS 400D like most of the people on the foum :D oh I got the Twin Lens Kit if any of you are interested.

I studied Photograpics all thru otu high school on some old school Pentax 35mm jobs. I learned how to make my own prints develope my own negative roll my own negatives etc

I used to take photos as a hobby but I stopped take pictures around 8 yers ago but now I wanna get back into. I am off to brisibane tonight with a mate to take some Night Shots so I will post them up providing they are not complete **************** :)

Very nice! But the plants in the foreground - pretty sure they're castor oil plants - noxious weeds :(

Howdy,

Not too bad, but the plants are distracting....

There are plenty of spots along there that are virtually plant free (well there was back in Mar) which make the shots a lot more appealing....

What were your settings out of curiosity ??

Howdy I found a PGA Member on here

:D

that you did, lol

I like the shots. I think the second one is the better of the three, i think the exposure is better in that one. I think the first and third maybe a little long.

And I have to agree with the plants.

I realy like night, long exposure shots. Great start to the addiction ;)
