Hi all,

after lurking for a tiny while, I thought I'd join up and say hello.

I'm a complete photographic amateur with a Canon 10D and half of the fun is buying gadgets.

I have a 100-300mm lens but I want bigger (500mm + 2x converter?) so I can capture more details from the moon & other night sky objects. ;) I did think about a real telescope but couldn't justify so many thousands of dollars.

Other than that, I'm a father of one and my wife is more seriously into photography than me, so that's where I get some encouragement from.
I'm into cars and motorsport, but not football & cricket, you may see this influence later on :)

Cheers! Graham.
